Dr. Kerstin Liehr is Director at the Duesseldorf office of HERING SCHUPPENER and second executive in charge of the Communication Performance Management Team. She advises clients on an international basis in such fields as reputation management, stakeholder research & dialogue, competitive media intelligence, public affairs, communications controlling and reputation risk management. Her industry experience comprises the sectors of financial services, household articles and body care, the media, the pharmaceuticals industry and telecommunications.
Kerstin has a lectureship for reputation management at the University of Munster. She is a member of the International Controller Association and of the task force 'Value Creation through Communication' of the German Public Relations Association (Deutsche Public Relations Gesellschaft, DPRG). Before she joined HERING SCHUPPENER in March 2006, she was engaged for two-and-a-half years in each of an M&A consultancy in Dusseldorf and at the Center for Applied Economic Research in Munster. In addition, she established the public relations work division of a European foundation.
Kerstin studied business management in Munster, majoring in marketing and international management and earned her doctorate on the subject of success factors of lobbying in Brussels. She speaks German, English and French.
