Media relations

Media relations remains the key field of action for public relations and corporate communications. Information and issues forming public opinion are made available to the very broad range of editorial teams and journalists (with a highly diverse range of topics of interest). The tools most commonly used are

  • Press releases
  • Press conferences
  • Round tables
  • Press photos
  • Footage (audio/video clips)

Full reports, articles and interviews are also offered.

Evaluation of public relations/working with the press is basically on the basis of documenting and evaluating the information communicated by the media – published opinion. The methods available range from conventional media response analysis (print, radio, television, online) to evaluations at the outcome-levels (surveys, focus groups and posttests).
