Review: ECRS Symposium „Reputation Capital“

The European Centre for Reputation Studies (ECRS) hosted its 4th annual conference on current challenges of reputation management last Friday in the Mercedes-Benz-Centre in Munich. This year's symposium dealt with the topic "Reputation Capital – Building and Maintaining Trust in the 21st Century“. Having taken place on a Friday the 13th, luckily the one-day conference has not met the "reputation" of that specific date.
