Miami debate on ROI available online
In the ongoing discussion on suitable indicators for measuring public relations outcomes, established measurement concepts from the business and management field are more and more coming to the foreground - most notably the Return on Investment (ROI).
The usefulness and usability of the ROI concept have lately been discussed at the 15th International Public Relations Research Conference in Miami. A summary of the debate by Tom Watson and a presentation shown there are now available on the website of the Institute for Public Relations.
